Job Description:
Our client, of the the nation's leading health and wellness firms is searching for a senior level sales professional to join their team in the Chicago area. This organization assists companies navigate the healthcare system via their full spectrum of time and cost savings solutions. Working from a virtual office, the selected individual will be responsible for driving new business and penetrating mid to large organizations by selling my client's suite of managed care services.
Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of outside b to b sales experience selling intangible services to upper level human resource and C-level executives at mid to large organizations. Sales and/or knowledge in the group employee benefits and/or corporate wellness industry is required. Must be a "Hunter" consistently driving new business. Comfortable with longer selling cycles. Superior prospecting and presentation skills. Proven experience meeting and exceeding sales quotas. Must be comfortable working from a virtual office. Bachelor's degree required.
Compensation:
Our client offers a base salary of $70,000 per year plus commissions, residuals and stock options. After the first 12 to 18 months, the base will increase to $80k. The top sales executive in this firm earned in excess of $600,000/year in 2007. My client also offers a full benefits package.
