Description:Come and define yourself as a Senior Recruiting Manager with Ameriprise Financial.The Senior Recruiting Manager is a Corporate employee based in a field office within the P1 California Market Group. As a Senior Recruiting Manager you will staff, train and lead a recruiting team to ensure the consistency and quality of the advisor candidate recruiting experience and create a culture of results to meet organizational goals. This position will partner with field leadership to drive alignment with recruiting initiatives and strategies as part of the overall business plan and to enhance advisor productivity.Physical location of this position is open within the California Market Group.Qualifications:For strong consideration, the ideal candidate will have the following:A minimum of 3 years proven leadership experience implementing large scale recruiting programs and strategies. Strong strategic focus with the ability to translate vision into tactical process steps. Working knowledge of industry recognized recruiting techniques. Outstanding relationship management, negotiation and teaming skills to communicate and influence with all levels of the organization. The ability to direct and motivate others to achieve aggressive recruiting results. Must have a strong commitment to diversity and high level of cultural competency in establishing relationships with candidates of diverse backgrounds.
