Senior Project Administrator

The incumbent performs independently the administration functions in support of our HR policies and programs covering the following areas; HR Business Partners, Recruiting, Training & Compensation.  He/She will manage all the HR logistics for the office including but not limited to proactively managing supplies within budget guidelines, key contact for building communication, assisting with benefit fairs (with coordination of HR Everett Office and Corporate Benefits), coordination of approval documentation with the highest degree of confidentially.  Coordinates and manages projects on a local and regional level.  Participates in training and onboarding other administrative support as needed.  May have supervisory responsibilities

 

The qualified candidate will typically have a college degree or 6+ years of equivalent work experience. Demonstrated interpersonal/communication skills and detailed orientation. Advanced technical and analytical skills with emphasis on personal computer applications and PeopleSoft preferred. Advanced knowledge of implications of government regulatory guidelines on evaluation decisions and recommendations.
