Location: Riverwoods, IL UNITED STATESFunctional Area: MarketingMin Pay Rate: $Max Pay Rate: $Pay Type: HourResource Type: Full TimeJob Description: This Senior Associate role will focus on the Super Prime/Transactor market utilizing direct mail to deliver highly targeted and industry leading offers to credit prospects. The position achieves this through extensive lead mining, analytics, and prolific creative design leveraging Discover’s array of innovative products. This candidate will be part of a high energy workforce and will develop and execute direct mail campaigns in an effort to maximize new accounts while supporting corporate growth and revenue targets. This position entails working closely with internal business partners like Rewards, Product Management, and Analytics and Creative Agencies to ensure our mail strategies are designed and executed with a high degree of sophistication. This position will be responsible for developing new creative and copy treatments that highlight Discover’s unique position in the credit card market.RESPONSIBILITIES: • Assist with the development of monthly direct mail campaigns utilizing Discover’s array of products like More, Motiva, Miles, and Open Road. • Manage tactical implementation our monthly Super-Prime test strategy with an emphasis on creative treatments, product, and package rotations. • Facilitate creative development through internal and external Creative Agencies on assigned projects. • Coordinate creative, offer and pricing schemes with Direct Response Operations team members to enable maximize responsiveness of market effort. • Support Acquisition led projects by providing business requirements and testing support to project leads. • Interact with Legal, Rewards, and Brand Integration to ensure all marketing collateral are Brand and legally compliant.SKILLSRequired: • Bachelors Degree, including general use of business and marketing principles required. • Three years marketing experience in Financial Services or Consumer Services sectors. • Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to direct multiple projects at once, with attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with multiple business partners. • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and WordDesired: Click here to apply:
