As Senior Interactive Product Manager, you will:

Manage the execution of projects to meet corporate strategic goals of the eCommerce group. Projects focus on retention and include new products/revenue generating, tests, and marketing campaigns. Key internal customers include operations, marketing, and technology. The ideal candidate for this job will be a project manager with a passion for the web.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment of strategic marketing goals, strategy and project direction.Solicit, understand and ensure completion of the business and functional requirements for projects, and convey these requirements to the proper teams.Ensure the requirements are synchronized with capabilities, given time and resource constraints.Schedule and facilitate project status meetings and advise management on the effects change requests will have on schedule and resources; produce agendas and prepare the resulting conclusions and action items. Provide direction to resources, monitor development efforts, assemble key project deliverables, report project status, and raise awareness on issues requiring escalation.Track and evaluate site user behavior, adapting the site to improve user experience and maximize results.Coordinate the creative processes and sign-off’s needed. Prepare/Author key project documentation including business and functional requirements, project plans, test plans, implementation plans. Secure required approvals. Nominate project solutions, foster productive teams, promote quick business decision-making to maintain project progress.

SkillsConcise written and verbal communication within a project team and/or senior management.Ability to translate business and technical concepts into functional specification documents (Technical writing/process flows).Ability to motivate teams, execute under accelerated timeframes and quickly adapt to change.Ability to grasp and interpret new business processes/concepts quickly, and translate them into tangible deliverables.Tolerance for conflicting demands on time and resource.Required Skills

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.6+ plus years of project management and interactive marketing experience, should include a heavy experience developing interactive strategies, direction & management of creative, management of programming, management of copywriting, and analytics. Experience with web analytics such as Omniture. A strong understanding of project management concepts. MUST have ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects. A strong understanding of HTML and design of web pages and emails for optimum performance.Extensive knowledge of web technologies, constraints, development & production processes.
