Position Description:* Responsible for leading and coordinating the efforts of our global platforms in Canada, Australia and Asia. Develop tactical schedules and communication plans to achieve this coordination.* Drive the execution of all Financial Planning & Analysis activities for the Americas and Asia Pacific MI businesses. Develop forecasts (Operating Plan/Multi-Year Plan) and report/analysis of actual business performance.* Review each platform’s loss forecasts and actual results and identify relevant economic and internal factors affecting performance. * Responsible for the development of key operating metrics and targets to drive business performance. Drive monthly scorecard measurement process to these targets including sales volume, net income, return on equity, expenses, and headcount)* Develop and automate tactical reporting from our Oracle Ledger/TM1 reporting system. Ensure integrity of data within the system.* Develop presentations for review with Genworth senior management. * Perform special projects as needed.
