Some responsibilities will include overseeing the preparation of complete and accurate financial statements & reports in compliance with USGAAP, IAS, and company policies and procedures. Implement programs and practices to meet requirements for Sarbanes Oxley compliance. Maintain complete and accurate general ledger, resulting managerial reports and financial statements. Accurate compiling of Income Statements, Balance Sheets and Cash Flow Statements. Assist in consolidating and reviewing system financial statements (budget and actual), Review operating contracts. Work with operational associates in assisting with accounting issues. Analyze financial data in conjunction with project accountants and recommend adjustments. Responsible for the monthly loss for the region and review of financial statements with variance analysis.Assist in the preparation of operating and five-year budgets and cash forecasts. Requirements: CPA, CMA, CFA, Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or MBA in Accounting or Finance required. Eight plus years prior accounting/finance related job experience required, including experience with full cycle accounting processes. Fully able to comprehend complex accounting and recognized as a corporate resource for their expertise. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products and productivity tools (e.g. word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, database, Lotus Notes). Prior knowledge and experience with Great Plains and Hyperion software a plus. US GAAP and complex accounting practices SOX and Capital Compliance.
