Senior Fiduciary Officer 11801

One of our top banking organizations is looking for an experienced Fiduciary Officer to join their Financial Services team.

 

In the role of Sr. Fiduciary Officer, you will be accountable for the interpretation and compliant administration of fiduciary matters for client accounts. Other responsibilities include:  dealing with certain legal issues related to various trust accounts and engaging legal counsel when needed;

Supervise compliance and procedures of regional Fiduciary Officers working with Special Needs and Delaware Trusts; direct administration of a book of SCS and DE business.

 

Requirements: Candidates must have Graduate Business Degree and CPA; CTFA / Law Degree is ideal along with 5-10 years of fiduciary experience. Position is located in Delaware; candidates must be knowledgeable in various State related and federal laws, including tax law.  Must be knowledgeable in Special Needs and Delaware Trust Administration.
