Senior Collector Supervisor

Englewood Cliffs, NJ

Oversee the day to day operations of collections department and monitor, analyze, coach and influence productivity and revenue increases.

Majority of duties are to coach and develop new and existing hires, ensuring compliance of laws, fine tuning collectors and their techniques, oversee all aspects of staff performances. Also assist collectors with escalated calls and settlement options. Give guidance on company policy and procedures.

Minor duties include manage, set-up, monitor and maintain all dialer functions and systems to ensure smooth work flow. Calculate balances of accounts as needed according to set parameters and ensure all appropriate system documentation is made. Make recommendations to upper management on improvements and or changes necessary.

Must have intermediate computer knowledge, must be detail-oriented, analytical, leadership and supervisory expereince a must. Intermediate math skills and have tough-skin.
