Senior BA Portfolio and Asset Management Vertical
Assist in the analysis and design of a design a PC workstation for a large asset manager.   Focus is on providing their Investment Counselors (ICs) with a consolidated, best in class, workstation portal for client relationship and portfolio management. Currently they use a variety of software, for example, Salesforce.com ( sales mgmt), Blackberry (calendaring), Lotus Notes (email). Objective is to consolidate all into one portal which they will either build, buy, or customize.

Need 1 senior person to work on the following project streams:
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Current state analysis (process, systems, applications) related to CRM and portfolio mgt
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Conceptual design of go forward solution vision/strategy
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Use Case development
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Functional specifications
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Vendor evaluation
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Business Case Analysis
Â
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Design, development of web based portals for portfolio advisors, investment counselors, etc.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Knowledge of wealth management software, for example Finaplex, SunGard,
Â
2to 5 yrs consulting experience in wealth management, asset management, portfolio management areas (process, systems, strategy, etc.);
- Good project management skills(Sr position)
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Willingness to travel to Los Angeles over a 4 month period; typically 2 -3 weeks there; 1 week home; apartment, expenses, etc. paid for
