Location: Riverwoods, IL UNITED STATESFunctional Area: MarketingMin Pay Rate: $Max Pay Rate: $Pay Type: YearResource Type: Full TimeJob Description: Senior Associate, E-Business Marketing The E-Business Strategy team serves as the online marketing strategist for each business area with the goal of maximizing sales, enrollments, revenue and cost savings through the online channel. The team plays a central role in prioritizing resources and initiatives to align with company goals, outlining E-Business requirements for major initiatives, ensuring that web and email execution is aligned with strategic initiatives, and analyzing results to refine and optimize business strategies. Responsibilities: Gain a strong understanding of business partners¡¦ overall marketing strategies, goals and objectives.Actively work and consult with business areas to develop targeted online and e-mail marketing strategies to support business partner goals, leading to continuous improvements in business results and deepening customer relationships. Establish and maintain effective, collaborative working relationships with all stakeholders, business partners and internal eBusiness teams.Document business requirements for projects, collect creative assets and clarify strategic direction for e-mail and web marketing/development initiatives. Work collaboratively with the email and site execution teams, ensuring that the execution plans are in-line with the overall strategy.Evaluate campaign performance and business results. Communicate metrics to business partners and recommend opportunities for improvement or additional channels to drive results.Maintain tracking of all online initiatives, marketing channels and campaign results for each business partner.Continually monitor the competitive landscape and industry best practices for assigned business areas. Search out and identify new initiatives and opportunities in the online channel for assigned business areas.SKILLSRequired: Experience and Skills Required:Bachelor¡¦s degree required Strong strategic, analytic and leadership skillsMinimum of 3 years of online marketing experienceKnowledge of credit card marketing and functional areas preferred (acquisition, rewards, portfolio marketing, etc.)Proven ability to effectively lead and support cross-functional teamsExcellent interpersonal skills and team orientationExcellent oral and written communication skills; strong presentation skillsStrong initiative, project management and organizational skills Desired: Click here to apply:
