Job Description: This position will be responsible for the NQDC, COLI and BOLI area of the AXA Advanced Markets department reporting within the Tax and Legal team. This position will oversee and provide case consultation in the complex executive benefit area including planning, tax and legal issues for NQDC, COLI and BOLI as well as assisting in case consultation in general advanced markets areas such as business, estate or charitable planning. Review marketing material and client presentations illustrating the complex techniques used in advanced planning addressing both the legal and tax issues. This position will also investigate new markets to determine risk/reward and sales opportunities. Identify tools and resources to be considered including the review and testing of software. This position may also manage special projects for financial professionals or producer group members as assigned.

Job Requirements: Graduate Degree such as: J.D., LL.M., MBA, or CPA, Additional designation such as CFP, CLU, ChFC helpful but not required. Work experience in the exective benefits area (NQDC, COLI, BOLI) for a term of at least 7 years. Series 7, 66 Good verbal and written communication skills Highly motivated and self-starter Comfortable in public speaking engagements Understand and able to use Microsoft applications such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Access Some travel to member meetings will be required
