Senior Account Executive - Minneapolis

Inputs client data into AFN Lead liaison/relationship with OALs. Receives direction from Manager or Director. Large more complex account base 20K - 500K employees/members. May supervise Client Admin/Rep. Coach Account Representatives.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare related field. 5-7 years of progressive and combined responsibility in Account Management functions (preferably in the healthcare industry.) Understanding of sales process; direct experience not required. An understanding of the unique needs of the healthcare markets Optum supports. Ability to work independently and creatively. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills. Must develop strong relationships with internal and external customers. Dedication to customer focused and outcome based service. Ability to lead/conduct presentations to client based surrounding product value/features, ROI model and corporate overview. Supervisory experience (optional).
