The Administrative Assistant will support the executives with making travel arrangements, tracking expenses, maintaining their calendars, including planning events, and doing heavy transcription from a Dictaphone.  The Assistant will also interact with the clients over the phone so polish and finesse are a must.  This position is a great fit for someone that has strong tenure, is seasoned and is looking for a position with a prestigious firms that offers stability, structure and a teamwork environment.
