We thank all candidates who choose to apply, however, only those selected for a further interview will be contacted.  Position OverviewWe are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at a growing Bergen County based business-to-business publishing company.Responsibilities    Responsibilities within customer service area include: order taking, fulfillment processing, account maintenance and general customer service activities. Provide relief for receptionist (Avaya multi-line phone system) as needed. Must be able to work during core business hours of:  8:30 AM – 5:30 PM. Special projects and other duties as neededQualifications   Previous experience should include phone activity, problem solving and strong follow-up skills.  Must have a high attention to detail and be very analytical Excellent professional telephone skills Ability to provide outstanding customer service Professional communication skills, both verbal and written Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to work independently with little supervision and frequent interruptions, and carry projects through to completion Ability to work positively and cheerfully under pressure, as well as display high energy level Ability and willingness to protect confidentiality and use professional judgment Strong multi-tasking abilities Ability to assume responsibility, be accountable, take initiative, and solve problems creatively Ability to professionally interact with all levels of associates and clients Team player Solid work principles, high level of integrity, and strong belief in internal and external customer service Excellent attendance and the willingness to work the hours necessary to do the jobVery competitive salary plus benefits package for the right candidate commensurate with experience.
