Sales Manager

Debt Shield, Inc. is one of the fastest growing companies in the debt settlement industry serving clients nationwide. Our team has years of dedicated experience and is knowledgeable in the debt settlement, consumer credit counseling, mortgage, collections and banking industries.

 Currently, we are seeking a successful Sales Manager possessing excellent interpersonal, motivational and communications skills. You must have a proven record of sales as well as experience in managing a sales team. The candidate must also be familiar with various monitoring, coaching, hiring, and developmental techniques to consistently drive results to a team of 6-10 Senior Debt Consultants.

 Desired Qualifications:+4 years of sales experience +3 years of management experience Financial Services or Mortgage Industry experience highly desirableProven track record of setting strategic direction and improving bottom-line resultsExpert knowledge of lead management systemsDemonstrated ability to teach and transfer skills and to model expected behaviors Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience in adapting and leading in a fast paced results oriented work environmentFlexibility to work evening schedule plus some Saturdays
