SVP of MARKETING

Senior Executive (President, CFO, etc) Relevant Experience: 7+ to 10 Years SVP of MARKETING Description: Our client is a leading provider of AML/KYC Compliance solutions which mitigate reputational, financial, and legal risk for many the world's largest institutions. The incumbent in this position will be expected to have the competence and credibility to work with senior clients in a consultative selling relationship to identify and close major opportunities. He or she will understand the clients' specific compliance and other needs and understand the required solutions from the clients' perspective. This position will have 10 direct reports  CORE COMPETENCIES & SKILL REQUIREMENTS                                               _____________   1.          Experience in risk mitigation, especially related to ompliance2.          Understanding of operational and technical infrastructure of financial firms 3.          Experience in  selling data-driven transaction-oriented decision support solutions4.          Expert in selling data driven risk mitigation solutions.5.          Familiarity with AML / Transaction Monitoring firms (e.g. Mantas, Searchspace, Actimize)6.          Familiarity and knowledge of Credit bureaus (e.g. Equifax, Experian, Transunion)7.          Experience in fraud monitoring software and service providers (e.g. parts of FDC, Fair       Isaac/Falcon)8.          Experience in Information services companies (e.g. Lexis Nexis, Thomson)9.          Experience in compliance departments of financial services firms10.       Experience in Systems integrators (e.g. Accenture, IBM Global Services, BearingPoint, CGI)11.       Experience in SOX/advisory arms of accounting firms (e.g. D&T, KPMG, PwC, E&Y)12.       Aptitude to excel in a fast paced, rapidly growing environment13.       Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals 14.       Solid understanding of sales and lead generation process 15.       Highly motivated, bright, self-starter with results-driven sales oriented attitude.16.       Excellent oral and written communication skills 17.       Highly disciplined with excellent organizational skills 18.       Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Requirements: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES                                                                               _____________  1.       Drive significant revenues for the company's suite of solutions within the financial services    industry and in other industries where AML/KYC compliance is important.2.       Identify new prospects/new market opportunities to sell products and services and build     lasting relationships 3.       Articulate strategy to Team members, enlist support of appropriate team members to keep advancing the sales process4.       Plan and manage business portfolio according to an agreed market development strategy and           carry out sufficient prospect generation in line with activity targets5.       Maintain and develop existing and new prospect and client relationships through sufficient    and appropriate sales methods, to optimize business opportunities, quality of service,             business growth and customer satisfaction6.        Manage multiple sales activities in various stages of the sales processIdentify product development opportunities for future enhancemen Benefits: Westaff's staffing associates enjoy the benefits of a flexible schedule as well as the support of professionals who can help launch and develop their careers.
