Position Description:Responsible for overall leadership of our Sales organization for Genworth US Mortgage Insurance. * This will include leading all field sales, corporate and national sales, inside sales, sales operations, and customer education and training. Provide strategic and tactical management, set direction and motivate the sales organization to drive top line, profitable growth. * Build strong relationships with key customers as the senior executive relationship leader for the business. * Drive the business strategy of being the consumer wanted and distributor preferred supplier of Mortgage Insurance utilizing segment specific strategies and influencer campaigns to enhance our reputation in the marketplace. * Be the voice of the customer, but with a balanced approach between meeting those needs and delivering on our shareholder commitments.Basic Qualifications Required :* Greater than 10 years of sales leadership experience * Proven track record of top line results on a consistent basis * Proven ability to quickly learn new industries/markets and credibly lead and motivate an experienced sales force. * Utilize sales tools and processes to lead a disciplined approach to sales execution * Able to coach and motivate strong, experienced sales leaders * Strong formal and informal communication skills. * Strong business sense, capable of managing multiple, and at times, competing priorities. * Work with peers to foster strong collaboration in the process of execution. * Able to influence across the organization to drive profitable growth. * Strong relationship skills…able to effectively influence customers, internal stakeholders and leaders in the mortgage industry. * BS degreePreferred Candidate Qualifications : * Master’s degree preferred.
