If our values speak to you, then speak to us.   The Talent Acquisition (TA) department at Standard & Poor's is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to support the overall recruiting process.  This includes, providing administrative support to Staffing Consultants, sourcing resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting phone screens, initiating and completing the internal recruiting system process.  In addition, the Staffing Coordinator will have sole responsibility to manage the administrative recruiting process for the Capital IQ business unit.   Responsibilities include, but are not limited to; ·  Scheduling of interviews ·  Sourcing resumes from internal and external databases ·  Posting job descriptions on internal and external job boards ·  Phone screening candidates ·  Assisting with New Hire Orientation set-up ·  Closing requisitions in the internal recruiting database   The ideal candidate will be an energetic and motivated individual, who takes initiative and can work with minimal supervision.  This person will be a team player and willing to pitch in where necessary.  It is also important for the person in this role to have excellent customer service skills and exude the highest level of professionalism. ·  A college degree and a minimum of 2 years experience in a professional Human Resources department. ·  At least 1 year experience in a recruiting role ·  Experience supporting a business unit ·  Ability to manage the recruiting process from beginning to end. ·  Excellent administrative capabilities ·  Experience with Taleo or other recruiting databases is a plus ·  Microsoft Office- Word, Excel Copyright 2008 Standard & Poor's, a division of The McGraw-Hill Companies.
