This includes proactive customer contact, retention of assets, coordinating customer events, and responding to and resolving customer issues and concerns with direct contact with brokers, prospective and existing customers, and corporate office. For this role candidates may do service work outside of the office up to an average of five hours per week.What is required of you? Bachelor's degree or equivalent 2-4 years of related experience. Must obtain Life and Health licenses within 3 months and apply for required non-resident licenses. Knowledge of business unit products, services, and systems highly preferred. Must have excellent decision-making, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, analytical, and verbal and written communication skills. Must have basic computer skills and knowledge of business unit applications.
