Risk Analyst utilizes available data and tools to identify risk and assists in the risk mitigation process.  The position is responsible for partnering with both Corporate and field personnel to identify and support investigations of fraud and noncompliance.  The analyst builds quantitative/statistical models to support risk management initiatives.  The position administers and maintains databases related to fraud and compliance issues.  Partnerships with field and Corporate personnel in multiple departments are critical to the success of this role. Other Responsibilities include:  Ensures proper report writing and record keeping Demonstrates understanding of corporate and store operations as well as company policies and procedures. Identifies and ensures communication escalates upward on issues that must be addressed at a higher level Perform data mining and analysis to identify loss and noncompliance Administer programs related to internal and external fraud  Build quantitative/statistical models to assess/measure the risk Job Requirements B.A. in Business Administration, Finance, I.T. or related field Experience in retail operations, banking operations or risk management Strong written and oral communication skills Good computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Axcess Financial is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Values Diversity.
