Position Description:Liberty Reverse Mortgage, a Genworth company, is one of the nation’s leaders in the Reverse Mortgage industry. Our focus is to help Change the Lives of the seniors we work with. This is a growing industry and this growth leads to several exciting career opportunities for enthusiastic and motivated Field Advisors to sell reverse mortgages to our senior clients. We are looking for people who will take their roles seriously, professionally and who will excel in their position.Territory covered: As a Field Advisor, the territory primarily involved will be the Seattle area. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Utilize SalesForce.com customer relationship management program to interface with the call center for appointment opportunities.2. Responsible for actively updating SalesForce.com on a daily basis. This is critical to the overall success of the company.3. Confirm all appointments with new and existing clients.4. Attend all appointments scheduled with clients and share the reverse mortgage opportunity. Most all appointments take place in the client’s home.5. Present reverse mortgages in accordance with all regulations and training. 6. Take applications from customers, ensuring all paperwork and signatures needed to process the reverse mortgage are collected timely and accurately. 7. Maintain outstanding client relations by sending thank-you notes and increase prospects for future leads by executing post follow-up program and periodically contacting clients. 8. Maintain active communication with the processing team concerning client needs.9. Create increased client contacts by continual prospecting of new clients through seminars, broker and client referrals.10. Attend all trainings, sales meetings, orientations as directed by the Vice President of Sales. 11. Increase public awareness of the reverse mortgage industry by reading publications and the Internet.Other general responsibilities:· Maintain accurate record keeping.· Communicate clearly and concisely orally and in writing.· Use computer programs applicable to the position.· Perform position responsibilities with a minimum of supervision using good judgment with the ability to display and possess a high degree of professionalism in all business contacts in accordance with established rules and procedures.· Work cooperatively with team members in the performance of job duties.· Maintain a professional appearance at all times and adhere to all company policies and practices pertaining to appropriate dress.· Maintain professional and cooperative interaction with other company employees as well as clients.· Respond to customer needs in a timely and professional manner.· Travel or the ability to operate an automobile and provide appropriate licensing and proof of insurance.Basic:· In states where required, must have a current license with the Department of Real Estate.· Knowledge of financial services, mortgage loans, or reverse mortgages preferred.· Familiarize yourself with all Liberty Reverse Mortgage marketing materials and be able to accurately explain the content.· Ability to operate an automobile and provide appropriate licensing and proof of insurance.Preferred:· Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferredWe provide a competitive base salary plus commission structure, full time benefits package (which includes health insurance, 401k plan with match, company funded benefits plan, 20 annual PTO days and 11 paid holidays).
