Reserve District Manager

Farmers Insurance Group was formed in 1928 and has now expanded to one of the largest insurers in the United States offering a full line of insurance and financial products. We carry auto, home, life, commercial, as well as retirement and investment vehicles.  We are searching for quality individuals who are ready and willing to grow with us, and the Reserve District Manager position is a key component in the growth of the company.  As an RDM you will recruit, train, guide, and mentor new agency owners who are growing with Farmers. You will work side by side with the District Manager in the training and supervision of new and existing agency owners in the growth of their agencies. You will assist in reahcing goals for the District and with reaching objectives set forth by the Division, State, Region, and National levels of the company. We are looking for leaders. You must demonstrate the ability to lead others as they build their businesses, and foster growth and the strength of Farmers Insurance Group in the market place.
