Représentants au Service à la clientèle en Finance
Postes permanents ! Salaire débutant à 15.50$ jusqu'à 18.50$ l'heure, horaire de travail du lundi au vendredi, entre 8:30 et 20:30 Situé au centre-ville, Métro McGill

Répondre aux appels d'investisseurs et de courtiers
Faire preuve d'intégrité et se concentrer sur le service à la clientèle
Respecter les politiques et les procédures de Computershare
Profil:
Expérience au service à la clientèle
Bilingue en français & anglais (de très bon niveau dans les 2 langues)
Aptitudes marquées en matière de communications orales et écrites
Excellentes aptitudes en matière de relations interpersonnelles et souci du service à la clientèle
Capacité de s'adapter à un milieu en constante évolution
Atout :
Expérience en centre d'appel et intérêt pour la finance
Horaire :
Le Centre de communication national est ouvert du lundi au vendredi de 8 h 30 à 20 h
VEUILLEZ PRENDRE NOTE : Vous devez être disponible pour une formation de cinq semaines à plein temps, de 8:30 à 17:00 du lundi au vendredi.

Profile:
Customer service experience
Bilingual in English & French (a very good level is required in both languages)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High level interpersonal skills and customer service focus
Strong computer skills
Flexibility in adapt to a changing environment
Asset:
Experience in Call centre and interest for the Finance industry
Hours:
The National Communication Contact Centre is open; Monday - Friday, between 8:30am and 8:00pm
PLEASE NOTE: must be available for 4 weeks full time training from 8:30 am to 5pm Monday to Friday
