Provide administrative type support for cash remittance tasks of normal complexity with a level of attention to detail that meets and/or exceeds customer expectations.Encode routine remittance documents without assistance and secure assistance for complex documents in order to efficiently process work. Good verbal and written communication skills with both internal and external customers. The ability to work with diverse personalities in a high paced, team environment. Good filing and administrative skills. 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience. 2+ years experience in a banking or financial reconciliation environment preferred. Data entry and 10-key (numeric & alpha). Business related & customer service experience is preferred. Working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook. Task oriented and attentive to details. Good reasoning and analytical skills. Some College Course work preferred.
