RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide knowledge and systems support to branch personnel. Review and investigate customer complaints. process brokerage transactions, making the appropriate disclosures and mailing the proper documentation. Make sure trades are accurate, all accounts are reconciled, and all trade tickets and blotters are kept in accordance with regulations. Cross sell bank products and services. make presentations at sales meetings. maintain files in accordance with regulatory guidelines. Train entry level Sales Assistants. provide administrative support to Financial Advisors. Assist with marketing campaigns. Provide customer service. May include Licensed Financial specialist coordination responsibilities.
REQUIREMENTS:
Requires Series 7 and 66, with minimum of 3-5 years in the brokerage industry or equivalent experience. must have coordination skills and communication skills, both verbal and written., Excellent customer service skills required. Mon - Fri, 8:00am - 5:00pm
