Allstate was founded in 1931 and became a publicly traded company in 1993. The position will be responsible for recruiting (soliciting new producers through various methods, maintaining database provided by Home Office, and overseeing agent contracting), preparing proposals, marketing (preparing and sending periodic newsletter, coordinating agent training process and creating/implementing strategies for achieving regional production goals.   Knowledge of individual and group products as well as Payroll Allotment and Section 125 Sales, communication and relationship building skills. 1-3 years experience in insurance sales, recruiting and/or management of an insurance sales force Microsoft Office proficiency Professional designations such as CLU and ChFC are desirable College degree preferred
