This will be accomplished via the Diners Club franchise network in line with the business strategy for the assigned regions. Specific responsibilities will include the following: Develop and execute strategies that drive corporate sales and account management activity to local franchise business development personnel including: Build regional pipeline by coordinating of pipeline communication and knowledge-sharing of prospect activities. Collaborating to exchange business opportunities and successes transfer. Providing best practices and tools in winning, retaining, and expanding accounts. ensuring delivery of MNCC product and services in accordance with policy and requirements that meet customer needs and expectations. Provide ongoing source of prospects. Identify and align with suitable Alliance industry partners Responsible for providing high-level account support, to the network’s most strategically important customers, with the ultimate objective to retain revenue and/or expand relationships to include: Leveraging existing products to meet customer needs and deepen customer relationship. Preparation of MNCC Agreements incorporating all necessary terms and conditions. Providing knowledge-sharing for delinquency management. Developing and implementing efficient workflows to minimize costs associated with delayed/protracted implementation, maximize customer financial incentives, and maximize business revenue. Provide subject-matter expertise on product and services. Support global and local sales activities thorough the sales process, by providing tools and collateral to support client proposals, presentations and implementations. Develop and facilitate Sales, Account Management and Product training for local country Sales and Account Management teams Design, implement, analyze, and monitor reporting metrics that measure performance including: franchise review books, new customer signings, sales FTE, and 12-month variance reporting and highlight growth opportunities. Provide strong control, for new and existing business, by ensuring adherence to all applicable business requirements, including but not limited to: • customer verification (KYC) • credit • documentationSKILLSRequired: Strong English and Spanish communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience in dealing with high level Corporate decision makers. Working knowledge of Commercial Credit Card Products Products.Detailed knowledge of card operational and financial processes and procedures.Advanced project management skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Resourceful team player capable of working without/minimal supervision. Flexibility for travel up to 80% internationally.Ability to multi-task in a highly dynamic environment.Familiarity with and experience in sales and account management training.Proven Commercial understanding of Corporate business dynamics. *hjDesired: Click here to apply:
