Recruiting Assistant

plumRHINO Consulting is a project based consulting and direct hire recruiting company with a niche focus in the financial services industry. We are currently seeking a Recruiting Assistant to perform diverse and advanced administrative duties. This position will be responsible for duties of a complex and confidential nature in support of business initiatives. Qualified candidates must be a person of high integrity with the ability to use good judgment and discretion in handling confidential matters.



Responsibilities will include:

- Assist recruiters in all phases of the recruiting process in placing direct hire and contract candidates.

- Conduct reference checks on candidates.

- Perform prescreens to identify and qualify potential candidates for recruiters.

- Compose and post new job orders to various internet websites.

- Prepare and continuously manage the paperwork for on boarding of all new consultants.

- Book travel arrangements for all traveling consultants.



Qualifications:

- 5+ years previous experience supporting upper level management.

- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

- Strong sense of urgency.

- Excellent verbal and communication skills.

- High attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

- Previous banking experience a plus.
