RECRUIT MANAGER NEEDED â€“FINANCIAL SERVICES

Our client is a global, fortune 500 financial services firm We are currently searching for an experienced RECRUIT MANAGER according to the following qualifications.

The candidate must have 7 plus years experience as a RECRUITER

Candidate must come out of a corporate environment of the same size, that being fortune 500. I cannot consider prospects out of smaller firms or staffing firms

Candidate should have managed a team

Candidate should have an assertive personality in order to be a strong manager

Candidate needs to work with a strong, revenue producing client group

Candidate must be able to be both hands on (direct souring ) and strategic (in working with the client group)

Will pay $120,000 plus bonus and full benefits.
