            Collaborative Alliance, Inc. is looking for or an individual to job share an exciting receptionist/office manager/office assistant position.

 

            Collaborative Alliance, Inc. is a professional shared office environment for multi-disciplinary professionals who share the vision of Minnesota’s Collaborative Law Institute.  We have 25 small businesses sharing space in a bold new adventure to share resources and ideas and to promote the Collaborative Concept.

 

            We have designed our space to be as client-friendly as possible and want to staff the office with the very best people.   Central to the concept will be the person who sits at our front desk.  That person will greet clients, run the office and provide support for Collaborative Alliance and the individual professionals.  It is critical to our concept that we find the right person for this important job.

 

            We are hopeful that the job-sharing aspect of the job will open up this opportunity for many qualified individuals who may be in-between careers and looking for a flexible position to help balance their work life with other pursuits, such as homemaker duties, continuing education or another part-time career.  For example, the ideal person could be a stay-at-home parent, who wants a challenging part-time job that allows them the flexibility that they need during the next several years.

Hours & Compensation



    

    We are looking for an applicant to cover for the Shift #2 position.

 

    Office Hours: 7:45am-5:30pm

    Shift #2 12:30-5:30pm

 

    Pay: $11-$13/hour, plus incentive pay.

    Holiday Pay: New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day,   

    Thanksgiving, Christmas.
