Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Midtown Manhattan firm has an opportunity for an experienced Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to handle all front desk responsibilities and some administrative duties for the office. Meet and greet, maintain calendar, schedule appointments, travel arrangements and order office supplies. Must be articulate, pleasant and strong computer skills – MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Must have solid experience 3-5 years and can work in a fast-paced sales office.
