May visit agents with an underwriter for the purpose of establishing contact and acquainting them with clerical work routines. Provides technical rating and policy issuance support to underwriting team utilizing manual and automated systems in the rating, coding, and policy issuance of all transactions for multiple lines of business. Interacts with agents, vendors, and Zurich staff to obtain and provide necessary information in order to resolve issues and provide timely, accurate service to attract and retain profitable business. Job Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent4 or more years of related experience.1. Excellent customer service orientation and good communication skills.2.
