Position Description:Building relationships with Bank Investment representatives by bringing value-added services and offering fixed annuities, variable annuities, and SPIAs. The individual will meet with brokers, bankers and customers for training, sales ideas, seminars, branch trainings, sales meetings and other related activities to help increase Genworth market share. The person will work in tandem with Relationships Managers in order to strengthen Genworth's position at the financial institution. The RVP will work with his/her internal wholesaler in providing support to the Investment Consultants while communicating in a team effort.Basic:5-10 years experience in financial services and products, understanding and knowledge of financial markets. Series 6/7 & 63 licensed, Life/ Health licensed.Preferred:Excellent presentation and selling skills. Goal oriented - winning attitude. Demonstrated ability to be an effective team player with willingness to share ideas and business building practices. Ability to travel extensively.
