RFP (Request for Proposals) Coordinator Description Description:Job Summary and Mission:As a RFP Coordinator for the CEFS division you will write superior equity benefits RFPs for Fortune 1000 and other corporate prospects for the CEFS business at UBSFS.Key Responsibility:- Deliver complete and accurate RFPs to tightly managed deadlines.- Maintain quality and accuracy of existing RFP response content.- Develop comprehensive menu of collateral used to support RFP response process.- Maintain author and time stamp information for all RFP data records retained within the RFP database.- Perform regular database content reviews and an annual audit for all responses retained within RFP database.- Draft new RFP content to reflect the latest capabilities of CEFS equity benefits platform.- Work with legal team to integrate required legal revisions within completed RFPs prior to delivering final RFP documents to prospective corporate clients.- Support regional wholesalers with related sales functions including but not limited to evaluating prospective corporate equity plans and maintaining presentation content.- Develop strong internal relationships with internal CEFS staff.- Other duties related to business development initiatives as assigned and necessary.Qualifications:Minimum of five years of Marketing / Financial Services experience - - Minimum of two years of RFP or related business writing experience- - Strong comprehension of the financial services industry with specific focus within the equity compensation and brokerage related businessesn-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access)-Excellent writing and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects to strict timelines- - Knowledge of RFP Machine or related RFP writing software and response management processes- - Minimum BS/BA degree or equivalent education, training or experience Desired Series 7/63- Desired completion of any level of CEP certification (I-III)Salary/Benefits: Salary commensurate with experienceWe can offer you an exciting, fast-paced working environment, a culture of mutual respect and commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and the opportunity to play a vital role in our growth.Job Location: Weehawken (Home Office), NJJob Number: RUSAUBS218-610301Company URL: http://www.ubs.com/Company Profile:UBS is a leading global financial services firm.
