If our values speak to you, then speak to us.   We are seeking a Client Support Representative.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for using sound judgment in accumulating, summarizing, analyzing, and arranging data for reports and special documents, as well as the ability to compute and prepare statistical data on a daily basis.  Some of the duties include but are not limited to: Monitoring of incoming / outgoing feeds and jobs Collect, verify, organize and input data into databases from variety of sources.  Analyze and interpret collected data providing analysis if needed or required. Respond, orally and/or written, to inquiries from other departments and organizations Review and edit finished materials for completeness, spelling and grammar accuracy, format, and compliance with policies and procedures. Organize and clean up relevant systems and network files/drives, Disaster recovery end to end testing of applications The candidate must have a college degree or equivalent experience; and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel,). Candidate must be able to organize, prioritize and complete work under tight deadlines.  Ideal candidate must be energetic, resilient, well organized, and possess ability to interact with all levels of management from internal and external organizations.   In addition, the following qualifications are required: Ability to manage multiple tasks with very little supervision. Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and listening) Skills to analyze data, problem solve and develop solutions. Ability to work effectively with diverse groups and be a team player.
