QA Test Engineer

Wells Fargo is one of the largest Internet banks in the world, with over ten million online customers.This position will be working in the Wells Fargo Internet Services QA Tech Services group to perform SOA services testing. As a services automation engineer, you will be heavily involved in the technical/business analysis for the purpose of designing and running Integra automated and manual test scripts. In your regression efforts, you will: be the gatekeeper of existing automated test cases surrounding a line of business, ensure that test scripts are up to date with current business changes, aid in the selection of tests to be run for any particular regression depending on the business perspective, analyze results to determine the root cause of problems, communicate with the automation team on any script improvement needs, work closely with leads and analysts from other QA business oriented groups when necessary to manage your testing effort, log production problems, request and maintain test data. Minimum Qualifications: The candidate will have 7 - 10 years of experience with SOA architecture testing including WSDL, XML, and SOAP messaging.Demonstrated ability to: Analyze business/technical requirements Analyze regression test errors to determine cause. Verify accuracy of data. Verify correctness of system configuration. Verify correctness of build configuration. Report status of regression testing to managers and team. Test fixes submitted from development. Design and execute SQL scriptsUnderstand the functional specification and scope of projects.
