Outstanding opportunity available for a Property Manager based in Tacoma, WA.Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in business, facility/property management, real estate management or related field; advanced degree preferred and/or professional designation (FMA, RPA); 4-6 years of experience in real estate, facilities management/property management preferably with a financial services, service industry, or retail organization; 2-4 years of supervisory experience; Strong business, organizational and management skills with an emphasis on relationship management; functional and technical skills; customer focused; action oriented; negotiation skills; problem solving capabilities and analytical reasoning; ability to work independently and in teams; solid decision-making ability; leadership abilities coupled with good interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to manage time and perform multiple tasks simultaneously while affording top priority to business critical issues and agreements; computer proficiency. Must be able to fulfill the physical requirements of facility inspections which includes basement, roof, and exterior inspection. Marginal Job Functions: The RTM is responsible for ensuring that the real estate transactions and lease administration activity, within his/her region, support the Corporation's strategic pan, management's vision, line of business needs, employee requirements and customer's goal Essential Job Functions: Manage the day-to-day operations of a facility portfolio ensuring operations, maintenance and vendor management standards are met in a cost effective and efficient manner. Responsible for overall facility operations, cosmetic appearance (internal and external), improvement projects, technical oversight and fiscal management. Work closely with the District management team and act as the main point of contact representing the CRE team.
