Support on-line banking web sites hosted for Consumer Lending and Banking and administer those web sites as required. Manage project prioritization and updates for assigned systems. Develop and maintain an effective comprehension of online banking technology needs and processes. Adhere strictly to compliance and operational risk controls in accordance with Discover Financial Services and regulatory standards, policies and practices.Manage the full systems development life cycle of assigned projects to ensure comprehensive, timely and high quality outcomes. Includes: Indentifying and engaging key project stakeholders, contributors form the business and BT resources, creating project plans and project prioritization, creating executive reports on assigned systems, represent Consumer Lending and Banking operations and business partner interests on projects to both vendors and Business Technology to ensure compliance and regulatory standards are included with new releases, complete Quality Assurance testing and Post Implementation testing for system of responsibility.Adhere strictly to compliance and operational risk controls in accordance with Discover Financial Services and regulatory standards, policies and practices.Remain current on technical, profecssional, and strategic developments, affecting system of responsibility.SKILLSRequired: Comprehension of systems development methodologies and project management software. On-line banking operations experience. On-line banking marketing experience.Candidates with prior Banking systems and/or project management experience in an enterprise environment.
