Project Coordinator for a stable financial Company

Hudson is partnered with a stable financial services company to staff a project coordinator for immediate need.

The Project Coordinator will be part of the  Program Management team and will be responsible for planning and managing many small scale projects, and providing regular reports and operational support to a lead Project Manager.

 Duties and responsibilities include:

·  Manage many small scale (< 5 users) product migration projects to achieve agreed business goals

·  Monitor Orders and Entitlements via MIS systems for end-to-end coordination, to ensure orders go through smoothly

·  Converse with clients and internal groups as needed to plan and manage the migrations

·  Meet agreed project targets, demonstrating urgency, drive, energy and enthusiasm.

·  Be able to work under pressure with minimum supervision while balancing competing priorities.

·  Be the driver for resolving issues and escalate as appropriate

·  Provide accurate and timely management reporting and project documentation

·  Have good verbal & written communication skills and a proven ability to learn quickly.

·  Take responsibility for the timeliness and quality of his/her own work.

·  Perform other assignments as required.



Job Specifications – Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience

·  3-5 years project management/project coordination experience.

·  Attention to detail is very important.

·  Good written and oral communication skills.

·  Experience with market data products – quotes, news, charts is a must.

·  Experience in account administration or relationship management is a must.

·  Experience in using Microsoft Excel to manipulate spreadsheets and produce management reports

·  Experience in using other Microsoft Office tools – Word, Project.

·  Experience with financial products and networks a must
