• Development and execution of project plans ensuring consistency with PMBOK methodology.
• Lead and manage processing system implementations, client conversions and de-conversions. Performs tasks as defined by project plans including data collection, research and analysis, validation and testing.

• Perform technical systems functions during major projects as defined by project plans.
• Manage implementation and/or enhancement of bank card programs.
• Deliver high quality client service. Respond to client requests in a timely manner.
• Develop and deliver presentations to client’s senior management, prospective clients, peers and management.
• Lead research, development and management of new product implementations.
• Lead and perform product reviews; provide consultation, informational assistance and problem resolution to clients.
• Manage vendor relationships by developing a thorough understanding of products and services and maintaining open communication.
• Delegate work assignments to Project Specialists.
• Responsible for various ad hoc requests as assigned by the business unit. Ad hoc duties are based on business and industry demand.
• Development of standard operational procedures for Client Service and Project Service teams.
• Thorough completion of assigned work without monetary loss to the company.

Qualifications
• Customer service experience.
• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills required.
• Proven experience and ability to successfully coordinate and implement projects.
• Ability to travel 4-6 times a year.
• Previous experience in a matrix environment

Education & Skill Requirements
• College degree required.
• Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and complete assigned tasks on time.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, draw conclusions and interpret technical instructions.
• Personal qualities shall include adaptability, flexibility, even-temperament, focused, ability to deliver quality work under pressure, ability to intuit possibilities, developed communications skills, sensitivity to and advocacy of clients, dependability & reliability.
• Ability to think in a methodical and logical manner.
• Basic math skills used to calculate amounts, interest and percentages.
• Proficiency and understanding of processing systems utilized by the company.
• PMP certification required within 2 years of hire.
