(ISA) is a general agency servicing Allstate’ distribution channels by providing access to products not offered by Allstate. Our programs bring expanded market capacity to Allstate agencies, contributing to agency success and customer loyalty. ISA’s work includes negotiating and implementing expanded market programs with multiple vendors, managing these relationships, and providing a broad range of ongoing support for these programs including education, sales, resources, and tools and communication to Allstate agencies and to the field. Description The ISA Program Manager will be responsible for the following:  Build superior regional relationships Develop a comprehensive understanding of existing programs as well as unmet regional needs Regularly solicit feedback from regional stakeholders. Use program evaluations to identify and execute on strategies and tactics for growing program. Effectively partner with Business Development and regional contacts to secure data, support, and alignment on programs being considered. Implement new programs with speed and precision Effectively partner with Business Development, Program Support, Marketing Communications, Operations, and ISA leadership to deliver on Program Management accountabilities Proactively identify, gain alignment on, and lead the execution of work that will expand ISA’s infrastructure. Lead and participate in dialogue within the team to identify and resolve issues Engage appropriate stakeholder in decision-making Be proactive, timely, and relevant in updating key stakeholders regarding status of efforts. Be a vocal advocate for our customers in decision-making as well as in team dialogue regarding growth, process improvements, and the expansion of ISA’s infrastructure.
