Additional information may be found at www.citigroup.com or www.citi.com Citi Inc. and its subsidiaries ("Citi") are equal opportunity employers M/F/D/V and do not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected status or characteristic.GTS Reengineering - Service Quality Program Program Development Analyst - Intermediate  Quality Intermediate Analyst will support the Quality Manager leading Program Development Communications Type: Permanent, Full-Time   Business Overview: The GTS Reengineering - Service Quality Program supports the Citigroup GTS Business organizations Treasury & Trade and Securities globally.  The key objectives of the Program Development (PD) team are:To build and sustain executive commitment for the Program Manage organizational communication plans Develop communications for stakeholders at multiple levels in the organization, as well as those external to the organization (i.e., Regulators) Manage on-boarding of program team members Develop and conduct training for new program team members Organize program leadership and steering committee meetings, support facilitation as neededPosition Description:   A Program Development Analyst of the GTS Service Quality Program will be responsible for conducting day-to-day activities to support PD objectives under the guidance of the PD Lead   Primary Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Developing executive presentations/ structured communications based on the storyline provided by the Program Development Manager Structuring other internal and external program communications based to reflect the intended messages as directed by the Program Development Manager Identifying appropriate data and conducting analysis to develop conclusions in support of intended message Assisting with the on-boarding and training of new hires Facilitate key strategic sessions & work closely with Marketing on key initiativesThe ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of relevant work experience with the following attributes:   Experience: Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word Proficient in diagramming tools like MS Visio Solid understanding of Project Management concepts, processes and best practices Experience creating structured communications for executives Experience working with MS Project Solid experience in data analytics, understanding trends, and creating graphs/charts Familiarity with metrics and reporting best practices Experience working within large financial services organizations Proficient in knowledge management tools (i.e., Sharepoint, eRoom) and version control Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) Experience working with global, multi-region initiatives and teamsSkills: Strong analytical skills Strong MS Office skills, especially, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Ability to synthesize large amounts of data Ability to structure information and presentations that supports the message Strong documentation skills Ability to display sound judgment and escalate issues appropriately Excellent interpersonal skills  Personal Characteristics: Detailed oriented and organized Methodical problem solver Highly motivated Execution drivenLocation: New York, NY
