Developing appropriate and understandable marketplace communications to be provided to the leadership team and agency force. Collaborate and interface with other departments and field/territory contacts for the improvement of financial results in the New York markets. Manage project timelines, ensuring accurate completion and communication of appropriate tasks. The successful candidate must have/be: Time management skills; the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Knowledge of Business Objects a plus. The ability to quickly develop a working understanding of new applications. Initiative and decision making ability to complete projects to their fullest potential. Education Required: Bachelors degree in accredited college or university Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Insurance/Risk Management, or related business curriculum preferred Industry Experience: 3-5 years of industry or financial experience preferred.  Salary may be negotiable based on prior experience. Prior analytical and technical experience a plus.Candidates should posses the ability to manage relationships in a fast paced environment, while demonstrating a strong work ethic and problem solving skills.
