Process and Tools Project Manager Description Description:Job Summary and Mission:As the Project Manager and Business Analyst within the Banking Products(BP), Process & Tools(P&T) team you are responsible for the business analysis and project management of a BP segment's portfolio of technology projects, both from a strategic and maintenance standpoint. Key Responsibilities:- Act as business liaison between the Business Stakeholders, ISD and QA, translating concepts and strategy into actionable business requirements, and facilitating design sessions for functional requirements definition. - Responsible for overall coordination of technology implementations including testing and rollout. - Handle all tracking and reporting of deliverables across the portfolio of projects for report-out to segment management, project stakeholders and the P&S P&T Operating Office. - Employ change management controls to document and process change requests approved by the Business for technology development. - Facilitate prioritization by the Business across the portfolio of projects and functional enhancements. - Demonstrate best practice use of project management tools and methodologies. - Present project and/or portfolio status at stakeholder and steering committees.Qualifications:- 5 years of project management experience.
