Private Label Account Representative

In addition, the PL Account Rep places outbound calls either through the automated dialer or manually to those clients in early stages of delinquency with the goal of brining the loan current. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Resolve client issues with first-call resolution whenever feasible. • Represent Saxon professionally at all times by treating clients with an attitude of quality and service. • Use professional language and provide follow-up when necessary. • Be knowledgeable of the departmental KPI's and work with their Manager to ensure that they are meeting expectations. • Collect mortgage payments, outstanding fees and corporate advances. • Identify the client's reason for default, establishing promises to pay and documenting the servicing system with appropriate, detailed comments. • Forward research items via CIT's to appropriate departments. • Identify permanent hardship accounts and timely referral to the Loss Mitigation Department. • Maintain the call center work queue for target dates and goals. • Identify potential problems and timely communication to management. • Complete training as required to keep skills current and comply with policies/procedures. • Provide clients with appropriate product information to result in multiple account relationships. • Communicate with Morgan Stanley Financial Advisors regarding their clients' accounts and involve the FA when a client's issue remains unresolved. • Communicate with Morgan Stanley Credit Corporation Product Specialists regarding clients' account information and/or issues. • Communicate with Morgan Stanley Credit Corporation Originations personnel regarding clients' account information and/or issues. • Transfer existing clients to the Morgan Stanley Credit Corporation Originations department for additional loans or refinancing. • Knowledge of proper telephone techniques, interpersonal communication skills and negotiation skills.   ADDITIONAL DUTIES: • Satisfactory completion of the Call Center New Hire Training Courses. • Additional responsibilities as required by management SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: • No supervisory responsibilities.   Education: • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).   Work Experience: • 1-2 years tenure or 2 years experience in mortgage servicing, consumer loans and collections. • Call Center environment preferred. • Mortgage industry preferred. Computer Software Skills: Outlook Word Excel Other Computer Skills: • MS Windows and its relation to PC applications. • Type 20 wpm minimum. • FiServe experience a plus.   Other Skills: • Strong listening, telephone communication, negotiation and customer service skills.   Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: • Any related to the mortgage or consumer loan industry preferred. • FDCPA Certification   If interested, please apply online at http://track.jobviper.com/ViewJob.asp?id=554373-3-853
