Private Equity - Pre-MBA Associate - Capital Markets - Boston
Our client has an outstanding track record, investing in growing and profitable companies across numerous industries. With over $10 Billion raised, their current fund is valued at $3B. Over the years, they have invested in about 300 companies, with approximately 35% completing and IPO – and another 30% completing strategic mergers or sales.
The position is a new position and is a three year commitment. During your tenure, you will 1) work closely with the Director of Capital Markets; 2) work with each of the deal teams to complete financial analysis, documentation and other capital markets-related transactions; and 3) have significant interaction with management of the portfolio companies throughout the financing processes. The Position is highly focused on arranging and executing financings on a consistent basis across deal teams and industry sectors.
We are looking for Pre-MBA Associates – preferably 2nd or 3rd year Analysts or first year Associates who have at least 1-2 years of leveraged finance execution experience with a major investment bank, a strong middle-market firm, or other financing source. This is an immediate opening.
