Perform complex analysis of budgets and schedules needed to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned portions of a program or programs. Establish and define program plan requirements for assigned work. Coordinate interdepartmental development of program plans and interface with vendors and customers as required. Monitor and report performance against plans to ensure that contractual cost and schedule objectives are met.RESPONSIBILITIES % of TIME1. Act as a key technical expert on financial analysis issues and Earned Value Management. 15%2. Coordinate, negotiate and resolve financial compliance issues with various government agencies to ensure accurate interpretation of contract requirements. 30%3. Establish and define program plan requirements for assigned work 10%4. Coordinate interdepartmental development of program plans and interface with vendors and customers as required for contracts and proposals. 15%5. Monitor and report performance to internal management and in customer. Direct preparation of studies, reports and analyses in areas such as budgets, forecasts, financial plans, governmental requirements, contract requirements, statistical reports, cash flow projections and business forecasts. 15%6. Make recommendations to management regarding cost savings or profit generating opportunities and profitability improvement strategies 5%7. Research and prepare economic reports on subjects such as rate of return, depreciation, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance and impact of government regulations. 5%8. Required Qualifications: BS/BA in Accounting, Business, Finance or equivalent experience is required. Six years of related experience is required.Preferred Qualifications:Cobra, Winsight experience
