Portfolio Account Representative (Hours 9 - 5:30)* Participate in the mentoring of other Associates * Customer/vendor single point of contact for issue resolution * Comprehensive understanding of program and documentation parameters * Successfully communicate program and contract parameters to customer * Customer contact on accounts up to 60 days past due * Perform required system maintenance and contract adjustments within Company standards * Responsible for ensuring compliance with Company's performance metrics related to phone, system maintenance, contract adjustment and issue resolution * Support Origination and Service Team in workflow to meet Company's operational initiatives * Effectively communicate with various internal departments to bring resolution to issuesRequirements:• Minimum HS graduate • Equivalent work experience, including 2 – 3 years in financial services field (bank, mortgage, financial institution, etc.) • Proven track record of individual collection results Location Jacksonville, FL 32246 Start Date: Wednesday, September 03, 2008 About CIT A Leading Diversified Commercial Finance Company CIT is a leading global finance company, driving economic growth and creating opportunities for businesses and people around the world.
