Personal Loan Associates
A National consumer loan company is seeking full-time, Personal Loan Associates/ CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE for its corporate location in Manhattan Kansas.Major Duties & Functions
Assist potential borrowers with questions regarding loan products and loan processing. Evaluate and process consumer loan applications. Work with management to formulate and execute strategies for potential problem loans. Develop skills for career advancement and growth opportunities. Manage all day-to-day responsibilities for servicing an ever growing consumer loan portfolio. Team effectively with other loan associates and management to quickly and efficiently resolve any customer issues.

Requirements
Customer service, strong organizational skills, and data entry skills are preferred. Candidates need to be self-starters, honest, and dependable.

Ability to interact with all levels of management, employees, and customers. Ability to strive in a multi-tasked, high volume environment. Results-oriented team player with strong organizational skills.
